Excellent place with excellent wi-fi, a relaxing spa, and friendly staff who helped care for my elderly parents during my first visit. I always enjoy using the indoor swimming pool. Highly recommend for a wonderful stay!

I had real good stay, the place is nice looking!
Thoroughly enjoyed having a safe box, a mini-bar, and a sofa bed in the large and heated room. I've been here for 1 night, the breakfast was overall extensive and sensational with Mountain View. The location was stunning, minutes away from old town.

missingWrote a review on 25 Janbasic service
The experience felt more like a basic 3-star hotel than expected. There were inconsistencies with housekeeping, as sheets were not changed regularly, and towels were left unchanged throughout the stay. Dinner options lacked variety, with a poor selection of main courses and repetitive salads, leading to disappointment in nightly meals. The view from the booked suite also fell short, not matching the expectations set by promotional pictures, detracting from overall enjoyment.

great location, great room view, delecious breakfast, very clean, quiet, relaxing, the room size is good.
some staff were unkind, no air condition, no house keeping no room service after 12 mid night, small beds.

I have to say I'm really happy with this hotel. The superior room was very nice, with beautiful view over the Alps. The bed was comfortable, The food was really good, the waiter was very proffesional. But something that amazed me was the pool and saunas. 3-4 different saunas, very nice looking.
Extra fee for parking. The bathroom looked, like normal bathroom, not luxury at all.... They should invest some money into bathrooms, to even up with the rest of the hotel.

The really good culinary offerings stood out , with a amazing variety that catered to different palates, including good miso soup. The comfortable atmosphere of the spa provided a perfect way to unwind after long days, although the limited availability of certain treatments was a letdown. The location was slightly noisy, especially with street sounds when the windows were open. Nonetheless, the overall experience was rejuvenating and enjoyable.

The location is excellent
So many default services in other hotel, you have to pay for it in this hotel like parking, Internet wasnt for free and was expensive. One thing very strange: if you going to use the sawwna you have to be naked as instructed by hotel admin.

A balance of wins and fails
Really good food varieties, especially dinner , along with a centrally located hotel made for convenient adventures and tasty indulgences .
Limited spa appointment availability was disappointing , and housekeeping standards could have been more consistent.

I liked the location , every thing we need is close to us , the back yard
The rude and uncomforted reception ( especially the big fat lady ) i forgot her name , the very slow internet speed with high price money , the racist staff of the breakfast buffet ( we are arab ) , the high noise from the drunken people who sit near the hotel and no body from the hotel talked to them . I will not recommend this hotel to any one and will not stay there again .

I saw only 3 receptionist in the hotel 2 of them were smiling and trying to help but they don't speak English well , and one of the staff treat me as I got the room for free , I'm paying here and I need good treatment , the hotel rules was weird , I remember they make me sign a paper and one off the rules they wrote * you have to pay 20 euro on extra wast and if any thing make the room carpet not clean you have to pay 400 euro I was upset cos this is the first time I rent a hotel and I see rules like this , I have been in many 5 stars hotels and they never say so.

The location and convenience to the mountain for skiing. The hotel is in very close walking distance to the Maisekogel ski lift and is a block from the bus stop to go to the glacier. There is a ski shop in the hotel and you can charge your rental to the hotel room and you can even buy lift tickets at the check-in desk. The breakfast was fantastic. Eggs made to order, champagne, coffee made to order. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Overall, a great place to relax and to have an easy and convenient ski/snowboard trip.
These aren't really negatives because our experience was so good, but the parking at the hotel is 9 euro a night but if you didn't want to pay that we found parking every day across the street at the Maiskogel skiing area. The spa was very nice, the pool area was really loud with rowdy children and the "hot" tub was just lukewarm. After a day on the slopes I like a really hot jacuzzi but this was not at all. The spa area was pretty crowded and some young children were in there at one point which made me uncomfortable. The hotel room came with bathrobes but not slippers to wear to the spa.
